A good example of good science comunicator, working for sharing science to the public even figthing against cancer.

Rest in peace Chuck Ruehle! We have appreciated your example and want to continue fighting for science education for young Haitians.

"Like a supernova that seeds the galaxy with elements created deep in its interior – seeds assimilated by the next generation of stars – Chuck left a trail of inspiration, hope, and charity that will be part of generations to come." (AWB).

Chuck Ruehle was an active member of the UNAWE network as the SHA started to be recently.

Haitian Astronomical Society is trying to fight also to teach astronomy, even if we have difficulties and cannot in fact resolve in doing really continuing activities.
