Yuri's Night Haiti

We, Haitians, are aware of the Human Space Adventure. 

We need to participate, even if we have some local difficulties. At the Haitian Astronomical Society, we organizing space parties like Yuri's Night as a global reconnaissance of Human Space adventure. 

We recognize that these first steps by Yuri Gagarine & other pioneers like Neil Armstrong, Sheppard, etc are very important for all the Earth. We have organized Yuri's Night Events to celebrate these past realizations in 2013, 2016 and this year too (2017).

2021:

Lundi 12 Avril 2021, de 7:00 PM a 8:00 PM

Rencontre entre amis, jeunes et moins jeunes du quartier (Lakou Tiofa, Lathan) pour ouvrir une bouteille de champagne au nom de Yuri Gagarine, le premier homme dans l'espace, et pour regarder ensemble le film "Youri Gagarine" sorti en septembre 2020. Nous apprécions les innovations ! 

Cette rencontre est ouverte a qui peut venir, bienque locale

2020:


This year, because of COVID-19 confinement, we will have online Yuru'sNight party on April 12, 2020

2017:

The 2017 Youri's Night Haiti has been a private party (ON APRIL 16, 2017) where we were focusing on training for creators of the association. Invitation has been sent to these members.

On April 26, 2016, we met for the celebration. A date chosen for may reasons; we need all the founders to be available because we planned a special training about the Solar System in this occasion...

We have had special diner and toast in Honor of Youri Gagarin, the first Man in space.
